Trips to D.C. won't do it, phone calls,faxes, pounding on office doors won't do it,  The Answer is the only thing  Politicians Understand  OUR MONEY !

Anyone not wanting this Health Care fiasco & Cap and  Tax  have at our hands the greatest weapon of all.  The banks aren't paying us anything to keep it there anyway.

DRAW ALL  DAY 2 DAY  CHECKING  & SAVINGS ACCOUNTS TO THE MINIMUM.

If you are leery of taking CASH, banks must cover CASHIERS CHECKS, the same as a CASH withdrawal.

Only put in what you need to pay monthly bills !!!

Tell your banker on the way out with your MONEY, you  might, put it back  when Congress starts to listen to us..... then again  you just might work this way for the  next 3 years.

Our Representatives have already proven we can't trust them.

Plus  they can't leverage any more bad loans for Freddie Mac with out the deposits

Put this out  A.S.A.P.  the sooner  we start using OUR ONLY POWER the sooner the  bankers  will start SCREAMING their lungs out  !

They will be heard in Washington  long before the common man.

I would rather crash the system, them let them  crash it on us.

Agreed  Dave, but I still say for  "instant attention" a mass exodus in the form of our money "not being available" to them would  get their attention faster that ANYHTING.

Why there haven't been "new" people running against the established,  run on a  two term and  out  platform.  In 2010 it ought to be operation clean sweep on the  DEMS. and if your Representative hasn't been living  up to a "conservative" style Govt.  you should SWEEP him/her too.

Look at the current  Republicans,  they aren't trying to stop something 85% of Americans are satisfied with.... their trying to improve on what gets passed.......

And I'm already dealing with the hassle  of  money orders and changing over to those who will accept credit card payment instead of  automatic account withdrawal or  checks.

I only  put in what is needed to cover bills  or pay the  credit card once a month.  Otherwise  they have only the  minimum in my accounts.

We can sit and  talk..... or we can  take  action.....  I'm not saying it a  hassle, but these clowns ARE NOT LISTENING !!!!

You have to get their attention, don't  hit them with a brick.... they'll lock you up for assault.  Lets try if for a month or two,  before they ramrod Health Care.

WE have to stop them  quit  talking,  withdraw  day 2 day balances to minimum, work from cash  only put in what you need to pay bills.

Tell your banker....maybe you'll put the money back when Congress starts listening.  Watch the news  they are telling you, your senator and congress persons don't give a darn what YOU think.  They're going to screw you with some crappy Health Care Plan and  vote themselves a Gold plan.

TAKE YOU MONEY OUT  MAKE A STATEMENT  DO IT  TODAY !!!

I have  it's not that much of a  pain.  I plan on working  form a shoe box for the  next 3 years.  Nothing but a minimum balance to keep the accounts open with no charges.

As soon as the  automatic deposits go in..... I take them out !

You all have good ideas here,  I've been reading through the  list,  but UNTIL YOU HAVE THEIR ATTENTION all your good intentions are for not.

Flex your power  it's your money  Pull it from their grasp.

That's why their putting in the Health Care Package Direct Access to your Bank Accounts.   The Fire to Stop them must be done now and it MUST BE DONE BEFORE THEY VOTE ON HEALTH CARE.

WE WOULD BE TAKING OUR DAY 2 DAY MONEY OUT AS A SHOW OF FORCE,  IF THEY PASS THIS HEALTH CARE PACKAGE....THEY, WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO DRAIN ANY ACCOUNT YOU HAVE. INCLUDING LONG TERM SAVINGS  OR  EVEN YOUR RETIREMENT AND SOCIAL SECURITY.

WE MUST STOP THE VOTE!

Makes great sense, and I've done that with bank accounts (even moved money to other countries), but it doesn't account for the much larger amount that I have invested.

They'll freeze those investments eventually.
