A good pitched game though, especially by the NL and some key plays they made.  Still couldn't figure out why they didn't either pinch run for Ortiz or use AROD as last chance to pinch hit.  Thornton almost got out of that mess Phil Hughes created, and that 1-0 lead may have held with Valverde stryking out the syde in the 9th.   Woulda, coulda, shoulda, ryte?  I was expecting a higher scoring game.

But....the answer is...NO.  NO vuzu's at baseball games.  

But just in case they do...something helpful for those who record events.

Let's put it this way.  I usually go set up a meeting on Tuesday evenings.
I had a friend fill in for me.  I really enjoy the Tuesday meeting, too.

If I had known how the game was going to be ahead of tyme, I probably would have foregone it, and made the meeting instead.  Ending just left me scratching my head why they didn't pinch run for Ortiz or use AROD to pinch hit, given that he has a knack for ninth inning heroics.  And the Yanks spanked Broxton last tyme they faced him.  I think he is a bit overrated other than how fast he can throw the ball.  He's not a good control pitcher.

I'd lyke to see the Yanks get Valverde for their bullpen cause you know Rivera's not gonna be there too much longer.

I may have to put a call in to Hank to see what we can do about that!
