Is Obama a Social-Democrat??

IS OBAMA A SOCIAL-DEMOCRAT?

Charles Krauthammer wrote in a recent article in Bus. Inv. Daily, 9/7/12, that, “Barack Obama is a deeply committed social-democrat.” By using that designation Krauthammer has identified Obama as a Marxist. However, a further description is necessary.

The Marxist movement, since its inception in 1848 has had a varied and checkered past. In the late 19th century it divided into two major factions. The first and principal faction was the Social-Democrats who believed in the gradual installation of socialism through democratic parliamentary methods. The second faction was the Communists who believed in the immediate installation of a socialist state by any means necessary, including violence. Lenin assumed control of the Communist faction when he formulated his theory of a vanguard/leadership party which he proposed in What Is To Be Done? (1902), in its essence this theory was a variation of Plato’s ideas of a Guardian class supervising and controlling the citizenry by fiat in order to achieve an idealized society. What we recognize as communism today is the product of both Marx and Lenin.

I suggest that Krauthammer has misidentified Obama. In the first years of his administration, he along with the leading members of his party, by forcing through legislation (Obama Care, Dodd-Frank regulations, etc,) without any discussion, debate or compromise of any kind --- has shown contempt in both letter and spirit for the principles of parliamentary procedures and the basic democratic Constitutional norms on which this country was organized. He has knowingly staffed the White House with communists’ (Van Jones) and Mao sympathizer (Anita Dunn), and he has associated with self-declared perpetuators of violence, Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorn.

I am not certain by what standards Krauthammer has identified Obama as a Social-Democrat, but by the behaviors he has displayed, I believe that a more accurate description would be   Marxist-Leninist.

No he is not a social-democrat. Il Douche is a social-facsist.

I think Obama has himself admitted to support Marxism.

He is a fascist dictator wannabee.

The resemblance, personally and philosophically, is remarkable.

One would have to consider the similarities found in true Fascism and the progressive movement of which the later served as the blueprint of the former. I conclude that he represents the viewpoints and actions of a progressive socialist. His biggest fear is the constitution and freedom of speech which remain the only deterrents to implementing his designs and aspirations.

Funny, but on a Liberal forum I'm told that Obama is a Right wing Capitalist by a British moderator of that forum.

Regardless of how we might label each of our politicians, the question we should be asking is how do we replace them with some who will govern in accordance with our Constitution without reinterpretation to fit their or their parties agenda?

The Left wing has had over a Century in gradually bringing about the changes they would like to make to our form of government, while we, the silent majority have sat idly by funding the implementation of the changes between each election.

Check out some of the Liberal (Left wing) forums and compare the activity to any of the Conservative (Right wing) forums. The Left never sit idle, they are constantly pushing their agenda between each election, and they are making those of us who oppose them, and our Constitutional form of government, more and more irrelevant each election.

Is it not time we stood our ground and made a stand? We, the governed, need to begin to pick the candidates we will allow to represent us, and NOT the Republican or any other party. We need to find those among us who will serve us in representing us, and not just those who have deep pockets, and are willing to compromise our values for some never realized 'greater good' or 'equality of outcome'.
