Ted Cruz providing real Republican leadership.

From The Right Scoop:

Last week John Boehner said in a press conference that they wouldn’t likely weigh in on same-sex marriage, noting the Supreme Court would do what it is going to do:

Granted, his comments were before this week’s SCOTUS decision not to block Alabama ruling and thus allowing gay marriage. But still, it seems clear Republicans are too afraid to even mention same-sex marriage.

Meanwhile, Ted Cruz and other Republican Senators are not remaining silent and are seeking to protect marriage laws with new legislation:

Yes sir, Judge Roy Moore told SC to shut up because they have NO jurisdiction on marriage in AL or any other state and there is NOTHING in the US constitution saying so.

SP, I think you would be more effective.

Tell Cruz, you voted for 'Keyes's' in 08 . Let him know you support the 'constitution' party.

That will be sure to get his attention. Wink Thumbs Upsup

No, I think you should call his office, and present your credentials as someone who knowingly married an illegal alien. He'll no doubt be impressed.  Wink Smiley
