What Trump needs to do to win the debate Sunday night versus what Romney and McCain did not do

Mitt Romney and John McCain in their debates with Barack Hussein Obama, without question, did not give their best debate effort because Obama was a black candidate. Donald Trump is making a similar mistake with Hillary Clinton, not giving his best debate effort because she is a woman candidate.

Romney and McCain held back in their debates against Obama because they wanted to be cautious and not say anything too negative about the black man. They didn't wish to be accused of being racist. Trump in the first debate with Hillary, didn't want to say anything too negative about the woman. He didn't wish to be accused of being sexist or whatever.

In every single one of the Republican primary debates, Trump was Trump. He boldly spoke out, made strong points, and clinched the nomination. Trump stated that he won every primary debate, and the polling verified that. After each primary debate, his poll numbers improved or stayed steady. However, his poll numbers dropped after the first debate with Hillary, so obviously something was done wrong.

A number of times during the debate when speaking out against Hillary, Trump appeared to hold back a bit. Trump was not Trump. It seemed like in the back of his mind, there was slight hesitation in his thought process of not wanting to criticize the woman candidate too harshly for fear of a backlash of sorts, especially from the left. Trump should realize by now that he is going to receive negativity from the left, no matter how well he performs.

Trump does attack Hillary quite effectively at his campaign rallies. But overall, that's not good enough because at this point in time, he has already won the voters who come to his rallies. The audience for a nationally televised debate includes a percentage of voters who may never have fully watched his campaign speeches. Trump makes a superb impression at his campaign rallies and he needs to make that same impression in the next debate.

This is presidential politics, for the most important political office on earth. In a presidential debate, it shouldn't matter if it's a physically strong, six foot man against a physically weak, five foot woman. No debate adjustment should be made by any presidential candidate for another candidate's race, gender, or anything else. America strives for equality for everyone, so let there also be equality in a presidential debate.

Trump must boldly debate the five foot nothing, weak, incompetent, scandalous, corrupt, Crooked Hillary on Sunday night in the exact same manner that he debated those other Republican candidates, or he could possibly lose this election.
