I will lose my mind if they are not broken up. Everyone knows they are a complete embarrassment to the Federal courts but that would be ok.. if they didn't literally hold some states and jurisdictions hostage.  They impose their wack a doo thoughts on places like Arizona and they are practically the entire west. If you look at the circuits... there is no other circuit like this. Indeed New England has been broken into two because of concerns about one dominate area ruling the others.

Regardless of what happens with the law suits this circuit must be broken up.  I hate that there seems to be no concern for the people in the discussion.

Take a look at what makes up the 9th circuit!  Even the SC only needs (so far) 9 judges.  These clowns need 44!
They just don't want to lose their jobs
If they're broken up into at LEAST 3 circuits, that's still 14 or 15 justices per court.

Here is a map of the circuits -- the entire west is the 9th circuit. But look at the east coast?

Help me out.  If they divide up the 9th into four districts, how would that help?  One judge's ruling applies to the whole USA.  What difference does the circuit make?

I believe the proposal is to break the 9th up into the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th.  I had also heard of a proposal to put some of the 9th into the 10th or adjoining circuits.

I also believe there will be an effort to put states within these jurisdictions so liberal states don't rule them. Arizona and California would be a district. WI and Alaska would be a district.  Oregon and Nevada would be a district etc.

In the short term i don't think it would do anything to stop the Judicial activism other than show the Judges they will pay a price.

I hate their argument. It would be more efficient if we stay together. Well it would be more efficient if we just had ONE or two federal appeals courts. Duh. If you feel you will have too much work perhaps congress should reduce what cases they can hear.

You can split up an a*****e any way you want but it's still an a*****e, just in more pieces. So why break it up? Your just adding more liberals into the fray. When your pond is infested with alligators, you don't put more in the pond.
