It was made back in the 80's, before the fall of the Soviet Union, so no Migs to be had.

I remember getting a copy of it free with my first VCR.

Hard to believe it was made that long ago.  I had forgotten.

Russian bombers, fighter jets fly near Alaska, prompting Air Force escort
By Lucas Tomlinson    Fox News

Two Russian Bear bombers -- escorted for the first time by a pair of Su-35 "Flanker" fighter jets -- entered Alaska's Air Defense Zone early Thursday morning, U.S. officials told Fox News.

The Russian formation was intercepted by a pair of U.S. Air Force F-22 stealth fighter jets that were already flying a patrol about 50 miles southwest of Chariot, Alaska. A NORAD spokesperson told Fox News the intercept began at 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday.

Russian fighter jet comes within 20 feet of US Navy aircraft, official says
By Lucas Tomlinson   Fox News

An armed Russian fighter jet flew alarmingly close to a U.S. Navy reconnaissance aircraft flying in the Black Sea on Tuesday —  just one day before Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov visited Washington.

The Russian jet came as close as 20 feet to the American aircraft and remained that close for five minutes, a U.S. defense official told Fox News.

The Russian jet was carrying six air-to-air missiles under its wings, making this episode “highly provocative,” one official told Fox News

By Lucas Tomlinson   Fox News

For the second time in a week, a Russian fighter jet flew up close to a U.S. Navy reconnaissance plane in the Black Sea, a U.S. official tells Fox News.

This latest incident occurred about 30 miles from Russia in a northern portion of the Black Sea about 100 miles from Russian-held Crimea.

Russian jet intercepts US bomber over Baltic Sea
By Lucas Tomlinson   Fox News

A U.S. Air Force B-52 bomber flying a "routine mission" in international airspace over the Baltic Sea was intercepted by a Russian jet on Tuesday, a Pentagon spokesman said.

The U.S. bomber was still up in the air Tuesday afternoon and the crew had not been debriefed about the incident, meaning it was not yet known exactly how close the Russian Su-27 fighter jet came to the U.S. plane, Capt. Jeff Davis said.
