It will save the state a lot of money now that Hernandez did himself in.
And no, I don't believe someone killed him.

I say sham because they are geared towards dumbed down juries.  Everyone accepted by the prosecution was rejected by the Defense.  The judge only over ruled for his friends daughter, the rest of the rejections were upheld.  To me, that's sham, because they were rejected because of higher education and obviously better critical thinking skills.

I agree!  It is a sham!  I know they both get the same number of rejections but the need to limit the REASONS for the rejections and there lies the sham!

You shouldn't be able to reject someone because they have a higher level of education or because they served in the military.  If you can't demonstrate an absolute bias against the defendent (not the crime) then you can't reject them.  Our justice department is indeed a Sham for many more ways than this.

How about all the wheeling and dealing they do?
How about the influence money has on who one can afford to defend them?
How about the political influence on DAs?
How about the influence Money has on paying off a DA to not press charges?
How about all the leftist judges that let people get off for political reasons.
How about the whole prison system and the rights and privileges we now grant prisoners?

Frankly, our justice system sucks!  Don't believe me; just look around!

This is great.  He hung himself with a bed sheet.  This means all prisoners will now not be aloud to have bed sheets.  LOL!  Sorry folks.  I have no symphony for a rich man gone bad!  His final act was even dumber than the dumb mistakes he made before before that!
