A thought on the Cosby case

I find it somewhat troubling that you basically have a hung jury, yet the judge keeps sending them back.

I can understand WHY they would like a verdict, one way or the other.  They have put much time, effort, and money into the trial.  A defendant spends a lot of money on a lawyer and the stress of the accusation and trial.

However, if they deliberate many hours and days and no one budges, maybe that is the way the system is designed to work.  We know there are many undertones in this particular case.  Race, celebrity, money, etc. etc. are taking a toll.

I think Cosby is a creep and has done things to women.  I don't know about this particular one though.  THIS is the only case at hand.

After this long, maybe a hung jury is where it should be.  Re-try the case or drop it.

I understood the prosecution will re-try the case, if the jury remains hung.

Whether or not Cosby is guilty in this particular case, he is certainly guilty of past conduct unbecoming a human being.

How are we so sure Cosby is a creep, or did bad things to women?  Because the lying fake media said he did, right?  Maybe, in a court of law, which is where this is, they don't have the proof and most of this is manufactured bullshit, thus a hung jury.  Remember, Trump is guilty of collusion, because the media says so.

So far, the only thing I know Bill Cosby is guilty of is telling the "gimmie's" to get off their butt, get an education and a job, if they want to get off the plantation.  That's his only crime we know he's guilty of because we all heard him say it, more than once.

The way things are now, we can not believe anything we read in the media.  The only people who know the facts are the jury.

.....if you're accused of a crime, NEVER trust the Justice System.  Cosby was promise in a civil deposition 12 years ago, regarding this case, that his testimony would NEVER be use in any future procedures against him .. that was a lie.

Tomorrow is promised to no one.

I know that Bill Cosby was an outspoken critic of some black males.  He was probably right.

But, I don't think that is why he has been prosecuted at all.  If anything, it is other things.  This has been out there for many years.  He is a creep and and an adulterer.  I think many women were probably willing partners.  They were star struck and thought he might be able to do them favors.  I guess I don't understand WHY give them drugs?  Unless he liked them out of it, I don't know.

If there are that many women, why did NO ONE ever report this as against her will?

Prosecutors often say they will re-try a case, and change their mind.  They try to talk to jurors to see what they could have done better.  Who were the holdouts for conviction?  Maybe they can't make the case better.  Since it was 12 years ago, it is what it is.

If it is political, I don't believe it was racial at all.  I think activist women (think Gloria Allred) were more behind it.

When the Prosecutors start telling their Boss the details of the case and how much it will cost to Retry, things suddenly change.  Maybe no Retrial?

If Cosby had been a Republican, he would of been found guilty within a couple of days.
