Grin  I was thinking along the same lines. What are you going to do? Tell seniors to work? I'd hope that they had a plan for that situation.

I'd rather see a greater focus on generational welfare fraud.

I was just playing off bigmck's comment for fun. I started my reply with a laugh.

I'd just add that my second sentence needs to be addressed as well.

But when you are right, you are right. And, you are right. Wink

....I changed eye clinics last year because they were loaded up with younger working age Medicaid patients crowding the waiting room while playing games on their expensive smart phones.  That clinic lost all their MD's because of this situation IMO, and were staffed with only DO's.   My new clinic does not accept Medicaid patients, they're staffed with mostly MD's, and the waiting time is minimal.

You know Medicaid and Medicare are 2 separate things, right?

Hmmmm, seems to me some early responses do not acknowledge the difference between medicare and medicaid.  Medicare will not be affected by this. But those who are still of working age asking society to take care of their medical expenses for them (medicaid), I see no problem at all with testing if they can work for some of it.
