Come on, GOP, man up.

"I can’t help it. I keep reading story after story, hearing harangue after harangue on the television that the Trump/Russia “collusion” is our era’s Watergate, or maybe even worse. My conclusion, after all of this palaver, is that the news stories are right. What’s happening with Trump today is Watergate all over again.

Ronald Reagan had so much charisma that he made the Constitution live again. And Bush 41 was a powerhouse of Constitutionalism as well. But then we got the willing pawn of the Deep State and the media, the lusty Clinton, and then Bush 43, who deserves special mention in a separate tome, and then Mr. Obama, who was so beloved by the Deep State and the mass media that they would have gladly crawled under that Oval Office desk like that Monica Lewinsky woman that Clinton barely knew.

And then we were supposed to have Mrs. Clinton, also worshiped and loved by the Deep State and the media. But by a miracle, we got Trump. It was too cruel for the Deep State and the MSM to bear.

Will it work? I don’t know because no one has ever stood up to a mass media and a Deep State as violently hostile as this one. But if anyone is going to do it, it will be Trump. And in the meantime, when do we get the Special Prosecutor to go after Mrs. Clinton and her gang of evidence destroyers and perjurers? Come on, GOP, man up. You totally betrayed the Peacemaker. Let’s not do it to Trump, the Constitutionalist. Let’s take back power from the beautiful people and return it to the People.

The Deep State and MSNBC are in full cry. Time to counterattack."

Hannity seems to be the only one. I cannot even watch Laura anymore. Sessions needs to go. What a whimp.

Sessions is going to be the ruin of Trump because Trump is going to get the blame for the do-nothing persona that Sessions is projecting to Trump's supporters. I heard the rumor again on the radio that Christie may be lining himself up for a shot at AG. Trump needs to jettison this swamp creature and get someone like Christie. Warts and all Christie won't act like a sniveling swamp rat as Session is doing. He's the perfect aggressive personality type just like Giuliani. Maybe more so.

Rush, Hannity and Levin are the only tolerable ones. Hannity does get redundant at times but he's usually spot on in his analysis. Rush always nails it. Levin is good for getting the constitutional take on things.  Best to get news from a variety of sources. Carlson is good at times but that quizzical look he uses while pretending he doesn't get what a guest is saying, gets old. You know he's just itching to fight more than anything else.

"60 Minutes" had a segment on that Sunday.  Steve Croft was taking the Hard Left stance of course.  There were some pretty good people being interviewed that made a good case For It.  It was interesting.

And so now we get Watergate, Part Deux. A trivial or more likely non-existent misdemeanor of “collusion” with the Russians.
(who used to be the left’s bestest friends).

I am not saying Trump "colluded" with anybody.  But the dems continue this hoping against hope it finds SOMETHING they can hang their hats on--which I seriously doubt.

It's nonsense!  Watergate was nothing like what's going on now in our government.  The fact the commies got Nixon is the "gold medal" they love to hold up as though ALL republicans are somehow tainted by Wgate.

We have several serious problems in this country---and with our republican party.
1.  Our party has too many people who are either beginning to buy into the communist propaganda, or are simply going too far right.
2.  N/Korea--a major threat to the entire western area of the U.S.
3.  The long term program of the Chinese to undermine our democracy, via crypto wars.
4.  Russian crypto influence in our elections.
5.  Mexican cartels causing a serious rise in American deaths through Opiod use.

If those aren't enough, we can look no further than the democrat party which has been completely overrun by communist influences.
Examples??  Obama and his communist mentor.  Hillary's internship when she wrote a 92-page thesis on Saul Alinsky, now politely called a, "left wing radical"--long term for communist.
As long as we keep electing communists to our important governmental offices, we will keep getting the same results---leftist policies and propaganda.

Gowdy is tired of Washington.  I am sure he wants to see his family more.  == There are plenty of guys in the House who could do a great job.
