Pro-Life or Pro-Choice?

Good day fellow Conservatives.

As we all know going into these midterms, abortion is a major talking point. If anyone’s been on Facebook as of late, I’m sure you’ve seen both pro-life and pro-choice debates going on. I recently got into a “debate” (I’ll call it that but it was an utter destruction) with a girl on Facebook. If you’d like, I’ll post the context of the conversation below.

Nevertheless, the point of this post is I’d like to hear some opinions on this subject. So the question is, are you pro-life or pro-choice? Why?

I'll walk into the maelstrom here. I'm basically pro-life. I would make the exception when it's the life of the mother, or if the fetus was determined (by early testing) to have horrific abnormalities (ex, no brain development). Abortion laws as they now stand (on demand up until birth) are not even close to being acceptable IMO.

A society is judged based on how it treats its weakest and most vulnerable members. It's 2018 and there are very good forms of birth control available, abortion is not one of them.

Welcome to the Forum, but this type of question seems very strange to me since it is your first post.  Normally it would be a statement expressing your view.  Did you expect us to say we prefer murder of the defenseless?

Good eye!
I call this post “summer class paper”
A teacher, usually a liberal political science professor and I use the term professor looooooosley, issues a summer research paper telling the students to join a conservative forum and report on the findings.
That’s why I didn’t play

Well, they could also just be 'on the fence' so to speak. I always suggest keeping an open mind. I would highly recommend anyone who is 'on the fence' to read the #walkaway thread here. In fact, read everything from both sides, stay skeptical of the news media, go to direct sources when at all possible, and try to look at the bigger picture. Not being able to see the forest for the trees is never a good place from which to make a decision.
