Is Christianity a religion or a relationship?

https://www.gotquestions.org/Christianity-religion-relationship.html

Interesting article.  I've always thought of Christianity as not being a religion but more of one having faith in God and simple as that.

Post not meaning to debate religion but just as an FYI read.
In 12 step, I've learned that the main objective is to establish a relationship with God (or higher power).  Some may try to make false claims that 12 step is a religious program, when the truth is it is a spiritual program.

Byrd this is a great article and speaks the truth..... We are nothing and can do nothing without our loving God (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit who gave us the gift of sacrifice and salvation. Thank you for the article.

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference.
